⚠️ Additional Restrictions

Maximum allowed weight of food in one package is 10 kg. A package cannot contain only food, as it may be considered commercial shipment.

Maximum monthly allowed weight of goods per one receiver is 30 kg.

If you have any questions regarding the possibility of shipping certain items, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before making a purchase. Please make sure to send us a link to the item so that our support team can provide you with a quick and accurate response.
If the item becomes unavailable or its price changes after you place your request, we will notify you by email. In case the product cannot be purchased, the amount you paid will be refunded within 1–2 business days.
If the total value of your goods is under €200, you don’t need to pay any customs duty. If the value exceeds €200, your parcel may be stopped at customs, and you will need to pay a duty.

The duty is 15% of the amount exceeding the €200 limit, and it is calculated separately for each parcel.
Yes, you can add multiple links to your request to receive a joint offer. Please note that for easier processing, we recommend submitting no more than 30 items per request.
On average, items arrive at our US warehouse within 5–7 business days after purchase, depending on the store. Once received, you can track the status in your account.
You can return items to US sellers only if the return period has not expired and the seller agrees to accept the return.

The client is responsible for choosing the shipping company and covering the return shipping costs.

Once the seller refunds the item’s cost, we transfer the refund to the client. Note: PochtaGO service fee, shipping fee, import taxes, and delivery fee are non-refundable.
In Russia, parcels are delivered to the nearest post office based on your address. Once the parcel arrives, you will receive a notification, and you can collect it at the designated post office.
The final price includes: item price, Sales Tax (if applicable), PochtaGo service fee, local US shipping fee (if applicable), international delivery fee, and all required import taxes.

Once your order is paid, no additional fees will be charged unless there is a difference caused by unusual package size, weight, or non-standard goods.
The Individual Order service is available for private individuals only and cannot be used for corporate or juridical entities.
If your package was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact PochtaGo Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide a description of the issue along with photos as proof. Our team will evaluate the case and offer possible solutions. In the case of a lost package, the full order price will be refunded.

Please note: packaging damage is not subject to compensation.

No, unfortunately shipping from the USA to Russia can sometimes take longer due to external factors and customs processes, which are outside of our control. Because of this, we cannot offer order cancellation or monetary compensation for delays caused by extended delivery terms.
No, non-fragile items such as clothes, shoes, and accessories are shipped without their original packaging.

If you would like footwear shipped in its original packaging, this is possible upon request, but an additional fee of about $5 will be applied due to increased package size.
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed. However, you may update delivery details up until the package is ready to be shipped to Russia.

PochtaGO Balance is your digital wallet on our platform.

You can add funds in three ways: by transferring money yourself, by receiving refunds or compensations directly into your balance, or by using credits from various promotions.

PochtaGO Balance has no limits — you can use it for any order, either fully or partially.

No, VAT invoices cannot be issued since PochtaGO is a US-registered company.
Yes, natural persons can receive a PochtaGO Invoice. If you’d like to get one, please contact us after your order is delivered.
Sales Tax in the US is similar to VAT (НДС) in Russia. This tax is not charged if the store does not have a physical presence in the state where the order is shipped.
You may cancel your order only before items are packed and prepared for shipment.

Please note: If cancellation is made at the client’s request, a 5% cancellation fee (minimum $10) will apply, calculated from the cart value.

This fee does not apply if the seller cancels the order.
No, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has already been shipped.
Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after we register the refund. Refunds to PochtaGo Balance are posted within 1 business day.

After the refund is sent, it typically reaches your bank account within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
Yes. We ship personal-use quantities only. One order may include no more than 10 bottles of vitamins or dietary supplements.
The longest side must not exceed 119 cm. The total (longest side + 2 × width + 2 × height) must not exceed 297 cm.
